I can't see a new feature. Why?

Most major features released for Star Trek Timelines are added in major client releases. What this means is that you will need to make sure you are running the most recent version of the game in order to see the new additions.

For your mobile device running Android or iOS, you'll want to check the App Store for a new update. When a client is first released, it can take time for the update to propagate across all App Stores, so if you don't see an update yet, check back in 24-48 hours.

For your PC version of the game on Facebook, Facebook Gameroom, or Steam, the update will automatically be applied the next time you load up a new session of the game. If you are continuously running a session of the game, you will need to exit and relaunch in order to trigger this. As with iOS and Android, it's possible that this change may not take place immediately, but you should expect to see the newest version within 24-48 hours of official release.
