WHAT AND WHERE IS THE "OFFER WALL"
You can earn free Dilithium in the game by completing 3rd party offers via the Offer Wall. When you enter the Time Portal, navigate to the Dilithium store, and at the top you will see a “Free Dilithium” button that leads you to the Offer Wall.
The Offer Wall is only available on the Android versions of Star Trek Timelines.
WHEN WILL DIFFERENT OFFERS APPEAR?
Offers may cycle in and out periodically. However, there is no set time or frequency by which the offers that you are presented with may change. There is no way to “refresh” the offers shown to you. Additionally, there is no guarantee that you will see the same offers as any other player.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY DILITHIUM
Please note the following when troubleshooting offers:
You must navigate to the offer using the Offer Wall in Star Trek Timelines. You cannot redeem an offer already completed without using the Offer Wall, or completed through a different Offer Wall not affiliated with Star Trek Timelines.
Premature uninstallation, cancellation, or other breaches of the offer requirements will cause the offer to not complete.
Avoid completing an offer without having a strong internet connection, as this can interfere with the completion process.
Offers are completed when they receive approval from the 3rd party owner of that offer.
‘Pending’ means that this approval has not yet been issued, which may indicate that the requirements have not yet been completed. For example, if an offer is a 30 day trial, it may not credit for several days, or at all if it's canceled instantly.
If an offer has been marked as 'Rejected', it usually means that requirements were not met, or that a duplicate submission was detected.
You can check the status of your offer from the IN PROGRESS tab in the Offer Wall.
Finally, please note that it can take up to 24 hours after the requirements are met in order to deliver the rewards from an offer. Additionally, you may need to restart your app.
If after that time you have still not received your rewards, please contact our Offer Wall provider, IronSource. In the IN PROGRESS tab, you can tap a particular offer and find a "Contact Support" link at the bottom of the information pop-up.
If the reward is denied there are several likely causes:
- the app relevant to the offer had been downloaded previously, before starting the offer
- the requirements of the offer were not completed in time
- the requirements of the offer were not met (ex: reaching level 10 when the offer requires reaching level 20)
- the offer was started on one device but was completed on another device (the offer must be started and completed on the same device)
I FOUND A MISLEADING OFFER
If you encounter any offer that seems suspicious, misleading, or outright malicious, please report to Iron Source at: mobile-customersupport@ironsrc.com. Please include:
-Name of offer, and any relevant screenshots.
-Description of why you believe the offer needs to be reported.
I CONTACTED IRONSOURCE, BUT HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK OR HAVE NOT BEEN AWARDED PROPERLY
