I have an issue with a purchase, what should I do?

If you have an issue with a Dilithium purchase, please let us know immediately by submitting a request, and providing a screenshot of the receipt showing the reference number of your purchase.

Regarding receipts please note the following:

- for iOS the date displayed on the email receipt is often not the date of the actual purchase.

- for Android, should you no longer have the email receipt, you will be able to find the receipt by looking at your purchase history via this link https://payments.google.com/ and selecting the relevant purchase.
